Tom Nieuweboer has been Chief Operating Officer at !K7 Music since 2014. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company in the three offices in Berlin, New York and London, HR, process management, IT strategy and financial reporting to management and other stakeholders. Tom is a member of the Board of IMPALA and a former Board Member of AFEM.

Until the end of 2013, he headed the digital department of !K7 labelgroup. In this role, he was Key Account Manager for digital distribution and responsible for the development of new business areas with regard to the exploitation of master rights in the digital environment. !K7 is a music company with offices in Berlin, London and New York.
