Tim Betzin is co-founder and CEO of Rausgegangen GmbH, the leading platform for event recommendations in Germany. As CEO, Tim is primarily responsible for the corporate strategy and vision, but also for the People & Culture division. Together with his 60-strong team, he is building an ecosystem for event organizers and users who are looking for the most exciting events in their city. This platform has also given rise to its own ticketing system, a marketing tool and its own event series. Rausgegangen is expanding throughout Germany in 2024, which will also bring with it the challenge of optimal recruitment and the attractiveness of Rausgegangen to young workers.
