Sabrina Palm (*1981) has been a freelance musician for 25 years. As a violinist, she has released various studio albums with different folk bands and has toured all over Europe. In the niche and beyond big business, she continuously creates her own structures in her self-employment, organizes festivals, markets herself, her bands and their products, and acts as a booking agency and management. In 2008, she was the first and so far only German to pass the examination to become a teacher of traditional music in Dublin, Ireland, and also works as a sought-after music teacher, e.g. in the management team of the German Youth Folk Orchestra. The Bonn native also works as a journalist, was an editor at ZDF, a member of the EBU Social Media Trends Network and works as an author for various magazines. She has been on the board of the German Record Critics' Award since 2023.
