Maria Lorenz-Bokelberg is the founder and co-managing director of the podcast production company Pool Artists. Maria has been working behind and in front of the microphone for many years and was already producing podcasts when she still had to explain the term. In addition to her production work, she can be found as a speaker on conference stages and as a consultant for all large and small companies and brands that deal with podcasts.

Pool Artists has been producing podcasts since 2015 and was one of the first independent companies to offer podcast production in Germany. Since then, they have grown along with the industry and have now produced over 80 podcasts and employ 15 people. They are based in Berlin but produce across Germany and have studios, mobile capabilities and remote recording expertise.

Pool Artists are equally happy to produce talk podcasts, elaborate reports and fiction and already have a lot of experience in every genre and format. They produce Time Crime, Faking Hitler, Everything Said, Guest List Ghost Train, Date a Scientist and many more.
