Louisa "Lilou" Halter is a musician, songwriter and cultural manager. With her German-language solo project LILOU, she plays concerts throughout Germany, produces her own music and has already been supported by numerous institutions as a scholarship holder. Her last release appeared in September 2023 under the title "Oh, wir verschwinden". In addition to her own compositions, she also performs on stage for other projects with various instruments - currently at Schauspielhaus Bochum, among others. Lilou is a co-founder and board member of the association musicNRWwomen* e.V. and is committed to gender equality and the visibility of women and female-read people in the music industry. Since July 2023, she has been combining her diverse experience from the music industry in the management of the PRO MUSIK association's office.
