Julia Gröschel has been breathing hip hop and especially underground rap since her youth, is a creative mastermind and organizational talent. She has long since made a name for herself in the German-speaking hip hop landscape. In the past, she has arranged various events and concerts on behalf of VICE and Landstreicher Konzerte, among others. In 2019, she founded her agency sechsfuenf. Julia bundles all her skills in this cosmos: she supports artists in management, looks after artists through their promotional phase, gives coaching sessions and advises on funding issues. She also works on projects with brands such as MINI, BEAM SUNTORY, Spreadshop and the Admiralspalast Berlin. Julia impresses with her individual support, continuous exchange and attention to detail. And as if that wasn't enough, she publishes her monthly podcast “HIP HOP LEBT - Der 360° Kultur Podcast” and talks to her guests about hip hop culture - whether on, in front of or next to the stage, providing valuable tips for anyone who (wants to) do anything with music. Nominated for the International Music Journalism Award in 2023 in the category “Best Music Journalistic Work of the Year Audio - German”, Julia brought “HIP HOP LEBT” live on stage for the first time in 2024 as part of c/o pop and the Reeperbahn Festival. She has been a board member of the VUT - Verband unabhängiger Musikunternehmer*innen e.V. since 2023.
