Henrietta Bauer is the owner of the music label, publishing house and booking agency BRETFORD, collectively known as What Is Happening? I Feel It Everywhere! GmbH. At a young age, she became part of the Musikschutzgebiet festival booking, followed by several years as manager of the band Isolation Berlin, as well as studying music business at the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg. She was product manager of the independent label Staatsakt and its outernational sublabel Fun In The Church, until she finally decided in 2022 to set up her own business as a label operator, agent, publisher and event organizer. She is not only managing owner of the company, but also manager of the Berlin based bands Chuckamuck and Die Verlierer. Since 2023 Henrietta is on the board of the Association of Independent Musicians' Companies, VUT, and its European umbrella organization IMPALA
