Henni kicked a few years in their youth - admittedly rather less successfully - against the round leather themselves but has always been fascinated by the action in the stands and around the actual game.
Above all, "being a fan" in all its facets, diverse forms of expression and lived (youth) subcultures inspire Henni, not only through their own socialization as a fan, but also in private and professional contexts.

For almost 5 years, Henni has been working in fan (social) work as a member of the Cologne fan project
where Henni is the contact person and confidant for young people and young adult fans of the 1. FC Köln. The areas of responsibility include low-threshold, participative and offers, which range from leisure and sports education measures to political education and cultural programs. In this way, Henni tries to make a contribution to progressive and emancipatory developments in the world of soccer.
