Elias was born and grew up in beautiful Landau in the Palatinate. In 2014, he moved to Cologne to study. During his studies, he worked as a bar manager and later as a personnel manager at Club Bahnhof Ehrenfeld. In January 2019, he took over the position of operations manager at VC Veedel, and in January 2020 he finally became the owner of VC Veedel. In November 2022, he was elected to the board of Klubkomm e.V.
