Ekaterina Astafeva is a freelance journalist from Russia and came to Germany five years ago for her training at the German School of Journalism. After graduating, she joined the funk format reporter as Head Producer and worked in front of and behind the camera to report on social issues for young people. She now lives out her love of constructive journalism at the WDR editorial team Kugelzwei. When she is not scripting a new video, she accompanies format developments at the German School of Journalism or leads seminars on social media.
