Dior Adler has been working at the indie label Bamboo Artists since 2022, where she heads up artist and label management for artists such as leepa and XAVER. She was previously involved in artist management for Ski Aggu and Ritter Lean at Bamboo. In March 2024, she graduated from the School of Popular Arts with a Bachelor of Arts. Her thesis was titled "Rhythms and Resistance: African American Slang in Black Hip-Hop and Its Essential Role in Intercultural Communication and Shaping Mass Culture".
