Christoph Hebbecker is a public prosecutor at the Central and Contact Point Cybercrime NRW. Among other things, he investigates hate and agitation online and ensures that hate speech is not simply deleted but also prosecuted. Christoph's main focus is on the projects "Tracking instead of just deleting" and "He who incites, loses", in which media companies and clubs from the German football league work together successfully with law enforcement officers.
