Every year, Heidi Klum's casting show Germany's Next Top Model is the topic of discussion in almost every schoolyard. No wonder, over a million people in the target group watch the show. Even though GNTM has recently been on a diversity course, this means above all body-shaming, bullying and so-called "catfights" on prime-time television.

The 18th season of GNTM started in mid-February. YouTuber Kayla Shyx, as a former participant of the "Mädchen-WG" on KiKa, had her own experiences with the world of "reality TV" early on. Kayla explains why she finds GNTM so problematic in this talk.
