With the initiative "Parenthood In Music", the two founders, Steffi von Kannemann and Marit Posch, are campaigning for better working conditions for parents in the music industry. In their workshop, they ask themselves how it is possible to develop innovative working models and thus a future-oriented working world that supports employees and independent cultural workers with children.
