The fourth annual Cologne Music Week (January 16-21) earned it's place as Cologne's first pop cultural highlight of the year. With exclusive concerts and extraordinary DJ sets, fans, friends, and followers were entertained and the diversity of the regional music scene was proven once again. Growing steadily year by year, around 5,500 visitors attended 24 events. It's a total win for Popkultur Köln e.V. and the c/o pop driven Cologne Music Week, supported this year by The City of Cologne,  North-Rhein Westfalen's Ministry for Family, Children, Youth, Culture, and Sport, as well as the Rheinland Regional Authority.

The club program was bumping with renowned artists like ADA, ROBAG WRUHME, and THE MODERNIST, and the music network Sound of Cologne hosted a genuine audience magnet with the free concerts in Cologne's Stadtgarten, presenting newcomers like STABIL ELITE or XUL ZOLAR.  

Premiering as part of Cologne Music Week, and already a big win is the format »Klubkomm Live«, the partnership between Cologne Music and Cologne’s Club and Promoters Guild.  The program concept: 14 bands and live-acts will peform in 10 clubs and off-locations on 1 night.

And we've just got to share one more highlight among highlights, up and comers Hufschlag&Braun's outstanding performance in a parking garage (of all places) drew over 400 guests. Just wow!
